  The service was excellent. We had an emergency and the tradesman arrived within 2 hours, ahead of time. The problem required South East Water to be involved, so he called them and arranged for them to call. Once SE Water fixed the meter, they informed Pro Water, who had a tradesman here within an hour. Not only were the tradies very polite , clean and technically efficient, the office staff were very helpful and made sure all the communication between the various parties flowed seamlessly.

  I was very impressed with Pro Water Plumbing and would highly recommend their services. I had booked a quote for a roof leak. Craig arrived on time, and quoted on the repairs. I just assumed Craig was only here to quote but much to my delight he ended up doing the repairs on the spot which I was very happy about. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

  I had an issue with my hot water going from hot to cold in the bathroom only. Jack came out at the agreed time sorted out the tempering valve that was part of the issue and he then cleaned out a filter and also removed the flow regulators in the taps and head unit for the shower. Problem solved and back to nice constant shower temperatures. Great service prompt and very helpful. Even the the girls behind the desk are wonderful.
