The Drain Brigade

We have used the Drain Brigade (previously Perceptive Plumbing) over the last 3 years on a full unit renovation, plus as the go to gun plumbers on 2 Owner's Corporations we are involved in. These are for an 18 unit block in Windsor, and a 12 unit block in St.Kilda West. Zach and his team have resolved a number of complex plumbing problems at both blocks in a timely and cost effective manner. Our Owner's Corporations highly recommend their work and professionalism. In addition to the above post, the Drain Brigade under Jordan Bichsel's leadership has just completed a major 37 metre sewer replacement at our St.Kilda West 12 unit block. This required cutting up and excavating the concrete driveway, removing the storm water and damaged sewer piping, and replacing both in PVC. The job was carried out efficiently and promptly, and the Owner's Corporation were very satisfied with the final result. The Drain Brigade and Jordy are definitely our go to plumbers!
