  My gas hot water system broke down overnight on Sunday and I called Alex first thing on Monday morning. He quickly worked out a quote for me and was able to book in a job for me. Said his team would arrive between 1030AM to 1230PM and they were on the dot at 1030AM. Two of their plumbers, Ryan and Adam were polite and efficient - they finished installing a new hot water system in just under 2 hours. They packed up and helped to dispose of the old, broken unit as well. Hot water was back up and running in my house, hurray! I highly recommend this business and will get their help again in the future for my plumbing needs. Legends!

  When my building manager called to let me know that water was leaking on the ceiling in the apartment downstairs I immediately went into a panic. Being a Sunday it was impossible to find a plumber who would come out and if so, only at a great expense. Working my way down the search page, I came upon Sustain Plumbing. Alex was amazing. He was the only plumber who suggested shutting off the water and then to save me a bucket of money he offered to come the next day at normal prices. He was the only plumber who suggested shutting the water off to prevent further damage. Alex arrived on time, assessed the situation in a minute and then went out to purchase a new faucet. He sent me photos of various faucets that I could choose from. He fixed the problem: installed the new faucet, updated our bathroom plumbing to meet current regulations and he did all of this at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you Alex. You are the best.
