Exceptional prompt and friendly service. Made a call to Brendan after our heater died…. He was at our house later that day and had it working in no time, plus fixed our water pressure on the way out!! Honest and reliable was the vibe we got from Brendan. We Highly recommend him!!

Brendan & his team installed our ducted heating and replacement of our air-conditioning ducts, they were Punctual, Professional,Polite and Respectful of our home, ensuring any materials were removed and the house left spotless vacuuming areas after installation. I would highly recommend this team.

Brendan and the boys arrived on time to give a replacement quote for our central heating which was very competitive with others I had obtained. I can't say enough good things about South East Plumbing & Heating. I had a special scenario where I was coordinating the facelift of our holiday home from overseas, so I needed to work entirely via email with my chosed Tradie. Not only did Brendan respond to my online inquiry, promptly, but he arrived on time for the quote and was respectful of my need to work via email for the entire time we worked together. I didn't have a lot of flexibility in when he could drop by for the quote and then when he could come back for the installation, so I was grateful for his understanding and flexibility in that piece too. After the quote, ordering the equipment and the installation when smoothly. We had an old gas heater disconnected and a dishwasher installed in an older kitchen. Something I was admittedly concerned about because I wasn't sure how much access would be required without ripping the kitchen apart! Brenda and his team of South East Plumbing performed Complete guttering , down pipe removal and installation of new colourbond product to entire house . Also Complete removal of entire Ducted heating system and replacement with new system and ducting I found Brendan and his team to be extremely professional in every way from time of contact to giving quote , to starting job and completing . They were here when they said they would be and both jobs were done in two days . Communication was excellent and very friendly Reliable , tidy and also a great guy to chat with . Brendan came to fix our plumbing issues the next day after I called. He was very diligent and efficient. While fixing our leaking tap he noticed a number of other things around the house that required repair and repaired all those too. He is always very responsive and friendly. I'd highly recommend him.
