Drain Surgery

Matt came to find a storm water drainage problem. He was very efficient in finding the problem and also mapping our extensive pipework system. He is easy to deal with. The problem was found to be outside our property. We will use his report to contact the council. We will use Drain Surgery again and highly recommend their services.

Had Matt attend a job that multiple plumbers could not complete. Matt used a modern robotic cutter to remove a large amount of concrete from the drain. Once completed he cleaned the drain and relined the sewer drain, leaving a sealed and completely serviceable drain. Could not be happier with the result and will happily recommend. Go to plumber and reline person moving forward.

Matt was punctual, thorough and completely honest. It was refreshing to work with a boutique company that puts the customer first and does everything they can on the day to get a resolution of the problem. I've had multiple other companies come and quote double what Matt charged and yet weren't sure of the problem and couldn't even commit for a time to return and actually do the work. Matt and his colleague arrived after a 0600 am call for a blocked boundary drain. I can only say how impressed I was with the professionalism and efficiency.
