Responded quickly and was able to assist us late afternoon on the very same day as he was working in the area. Tim was extremely friendly and professional. While he was there, I asked if he could inspect the rest of the roof for other cracks. He found another 5-6 tiles that needed attention, took photos and repaired them as required. Initially I was a bit “nervous” what the “extra” tiles may cost but he only added $50 to his original quote which I felt was extremely fair and reasonable for the extra time he spent. Despite getting late in the afternoon, he took the time to explain the problems of the old terracotta tiles to me which I appreciate. He guarantees his work and I would highly recommend Tim!
