Rankin Plumbing

My neighbour called me to advise of water leaking into her property from mine. Unfortunately I was at the hospital Emergency Department with my daughter at the time. I had never used Rankin Plumbing before but been recommended to them and I can see why. From the moment I called reception I felt I was in good hands, assured the leak would be remedied today, when the other plumber I had used before could not give me that assurance. Tom attended, rang me when on site and after he had found and fixed the cause of the leak, after consultation with my neighbour who also praised him as a "lovely young man". I can't thank them all enough for their empathy, teamwork, commitment to their new client and coming to my rescue and fixing the problem so quickly and professionally, allowing me to focus on my daughter and my work commitments that day. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

Very hard to get a plumber in Shepparton but for the non emergency work I required they were available to come out the next day. The two young plumbers were friendly, efficient and cleaned the work area when the job was completed. All work done to my satisfaction at a price I was happy to pay.
