⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daquonn was fantastic to deal with. His communication was clear, prompt and professional, and he always took the time to explain things properly. His technical knowledge is excellent, and he provided very comprehensive advice along with a detailed and well-considered quote. I really appreciated how responsive he was and how clearly he walked me through the options, risks and considerations, which made it easy to make informed decisions. He is clearly very experienced in ducted cooling, gas heating and related systems, and it shows in the way he approaches his work. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with Daquonn and would be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with heating and cooling specialist.

Could not recommend Daquonn enough! Had an aircon installed by another business, it began to fail and they refused to repair it under warranty, I called another business out and was told to replace the entire unit for 4.5k, I decided that this was not right and called Daquonn who came out promptly and upon inspection advised the motor had died. Daquonn then provided me with the contact details to the local warranty centre and advised this was a warranty job. I have since got this aircon fixed under warranty thanks to Daquonn, extremely honest and professional, will be using him in the future.
