Dylan came out during a really busy holiday period and was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally, without any fuss. He even had the patience to deal with my kids who asked him about a hundred questions while he was working! No upselling, no unnecessary add-ons, just honest, high-quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend Dylan and would happily use him again.

Dylan was recently out to replace the guttering, install additional downpipes and update/extend the storm water drainage. Great worker and did a wonderful job. He provided good communication the whole time and even suggested some alternative options that worked out cheaper and better for us.

During the peak holiday period between Christmas and New Year, when most trades were unavailable, I experienced a serious sewage blockage at an Airbnb with guests in residence. Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, Dylan made the trip out to the property and resolved the issue promptly. The guests were incredibly appreciative of the fast turnaround. Without Dylan’s help, they would have had to find alternative accommodation, as no one else was available until the following week. Highly recommend his service.

We were very happy with Dylan , contacted him after searching for plumber in romsey . Got back to us right away and organised a time for a quote. Came up with a solution for our leaking gutters, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everything all done within the week. Very happy with the work done.
