Service was exactly how I remembered when I gave him the first five star review. He was able to carry out the work quickly, painlessly, and offered honest feedback on all my questions. Not the first time my husband & I have used Sam but this was our first plumbing "emergency".. Sam was contactable immediately, gave good advice and came as quickly as he could, assessed, diagnosed and fixed the problem. All with a minimum of fuss, and expense!! Sam is diligent on work and charges a reasonable price. I got the first quotation to fix a leaking problem in the apartment, but it is very expensive due to the work includes an extended area and tiling. I called Sam to describe the leaking problem, he gave me a quote with less extended area. He fixed the problem straight to the point (the cause), eliminates other unnecessary work, hence he charges a reasonable price. He also advises to observe whether the leaking is fixed for a couple of weeks, otherwise, he will come back and see what happens. Even if I did not approve the first quotation from another company, hence got charged $250 as call out fee, I am happy that I found PlumberMan to fix the leaking problem.
