I recently used Max for a plumbing issue at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I called, the team was professional, prompt, and incredibly easy to work with. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The quality of the work was excellent, and the job was completed efficiently with great attention to detail. What really stood out was their friendly attitude and commitment to making sure everything was done right the first time. It’s rare to find a company so reliable and customer-focused. I highly recommend Max to anyone in need of plumbing services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

There are good plumbers, there are great plumbers… and then there’s Max! Wow—what can I say? Max is one of the most professional plumbers I have ever met. He is extremely meticulous, takes absolutely no shortcuts, and truly takes pride in his work. Max identified major issues in my home before we rebuilt two bathrooms—problems that other plumbers completely missed. If it weren’t for his exceptional attention to detail, I would have ended up with major blockages in both bathrooms, costing me thousands of dollars down the line. I can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him and his accomplished team. Six stars if I could!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This wasn’t just plumbing this was a masterclass. From the moment he showed up, it felt like a qualified surgeon had walked into my home… except with a toolbox and zero ego. Professional? Absolutely. Reliable? To the minute. Workmanship? On a completely different level. Attention to detail? I’ve seen luxury home builders with lower standards. He didn’t just fix the issue he diagnosed it, explained it, solved it, cleaned up, double-checked everything, and then triple-checked it just to make sure it was perfect. You could honestly film this guy and turn it into a training video for how trades should operate in Australia. His pricing was fair, transparent, and honestly under what the quality of service was worth. The whole experience felt like dealing with someone who actually cares about doing things right, not someone trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If every trade worked like this bloke, I’d have no stress in my life. If you’re reading this wondering whether to book him stop thinking. Just do it. You’ll thank me and yourself later. The best plumber I’ve ever dealt with. Full stop.

Max and his team did various work around my house. Awesome job and service. Reasonably priced and suggested a few methods to resolve the problem. Max came to my rescue a few times, turned up on time and sorted out the issue on the first visit. Thank you Max and team.
