I can see why Matt came so highly recommended. From the start, he’s been honest, reliable, and great at explaining the different options available all while listening to what I wanted. His pricing is fair, his work is tidy, and he leaves everything so neat you would hardly know he’s been. Matt has now been back a couple of times for additional jobs since we moved into our new place. I have already passed his details on to friends, who are also happy with his work and his keenness to help. I will keep recommending him, Couldn’t speak more highly of his service and professionalism.

I’ve been dealing with a leaking terracotta roof on and off for the past two years. Despite having a plumber come out to fix it, the issue persisted—especially during the recent winter. A friend recommended Matt from Palm Beach Plumbing, and I’m so glad they did. Before doing any repairs, Matt took the time to thoroughly investigate the source of the leak. He discovered that the water was actually entering from the opposite end of the roof tiles, then traveling down the beam and dripping onto the ceiling board. I was genuinely impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness. Since then, there have been no leaks at all—not even during the recent wild weather. Matt has also gone on to help with a few other issues: he repaired the rainwater tank pump at my daughter’s home and fixed a hot water system leak at my son’s home. I’m truly grateful to have found someone so trustworthy, skilled, and professional. He’s genuine, straightforward, and honest about pricing—I never felt like I was being overcharged. I would absolutely recommend Matt and will be using his services again in the future.

Matt explained everything clearly, and had our emergency plumbing needs for our bathroom sorted in no time - all at a fair and transparent price. Matt’s attention to detail is second to none. Look no further for a plumber in the south east because Matt’s your man. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

From the moment Matt quoted work on our bathroom through to executing, I found his no-BS approach to work incredibly refreshing – he's honest, efficient and gets straight to it with a fantastic work ethic. The work itself was transformational and I appreciated the suggestions he provided during the consultation which resulted in a much better finish. Recommend getting in touch for all jobs - big or small.
