I recently had the pleasure of working with Ark Plumbing, and I can't recommend them highly enough! After several unsuccessful attempts by other plumbers to reline my sewer drain, Josh from Ark Plumbing took the initiative to inspect the issue thoroughly. His attention to detail and professionalism were evident right from the start. Not only did Ark Plumbing dig up and replace my defective sewer drainage with expertise, but the entire process was remarkably stress-free. The team was courteous, respectful, and left my backyard in pristine condition. They even went above and beyond by repaving the path, which was a thoughtful touch. From the initial booking through to the completion of the job, Ark Plumbing made every step seamless and hassle-free. I’m truly a satisfied customer and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing solutions!

I called Ark Plumbing at midday on a Friday for an emergency toilet block, and James assured me they could attend the same day. True to their word, Josh and his xrew arrived by 2 pm and resolved the issue in little over an hour . They cleared the blockage, cleaned up the area, and were incredibly professional and respectful throughout. The team were polite, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly impressive service!

James was great as our initial contact and Josh was really knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless and we were given practical advice on our plumbing issues. Josh also gave a helpful second opinion on previous recommendations given to us by another plumber, which would have been unnecessarily costly. Would definitely use Ark plumbing again.

Fantastic service and professional work by James, Josh, Lachie and Max resolving our blocked drain issue. It wasn’t an easy job, but they managed to keep going and resolved the problem. They were so good that I followed up the next day to get a couple of other small issues attended to. They also offered a complementary check of all plumbing and gas inside and outside. Very happy customer and I would definitely ask them to come again should I have plumbing or gas issues.
