Had a fantastic experience doing an a/c upgrade with expert plumbers and would highly recommend them. The process was simple from start to finish, with the customer service help desk providing all relevant information and answering every query I had promptly. The installers I had on the day Eshan, Sam and Tajas were a pleasure to deal with. Extremely polite and professional, with great quality workmanship. The boys worked tirelessly for the whole day and with a smile on their face, making everything seamless and hassle free for the customer. Great job 👏

My Xpert Plumbers team led by Jazz came to do two jobs 3 days apart. First the heat pump installation, then the split air system. The team was very professional, very friendly, very thoughtful and master workmanship. The jobs were done very efficiently, no dramas and finished neatly. The associate sub-contracted electrician John was the same. Very very professional! My Xpert Plumber’s office team was awesome too. Never fails to answer the phone with friendly manner. Explaining the whole process and help out with the rebate. A very positive experience with My Xpert Plumbers! Recommended to Melbourne wide! Thanks you!

I cannot speak highly enough of My Xpert Plumbers and their team for the replacement of my air conditioning system. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process and were incredibly conscientious in everything they did. The work was carried out to the highest possible standard, with great attention to detail and care taken in my home. Not only did they do an exceptional job, but they also cleaned up afterwards, were polite, professional and genuinely accommodating. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with such great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, actually I already have. An outstanding experience all round.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional air conditioning installation. The workmanship is very neat — both the indoor and outdoor units were installed perfectly, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. They also tested the system properly and showed us how to use the remote and settings.
