  10/10 I genuinely could not recommend him enough Michael is a lovely guy and really pleasant to deal with. On top of that his work was excellent, he pays attention to detail and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We've had him round to do three different jobs at our house including replacing a hot water unit, fixing our toilet and installing a new sink and dishwasher. He has been excellent every time and very well priced. After having bad experiences with plumbers asking ridiculous prices for average work in the past, Michael is an absolute gem.

  Great local business. Normally I take reviews with a pinch of salt as we all should. After experiencing Michael's service today, I reckon the other reviews are accurate and would not hesitate to recommend MTR to anyone who wants a good honest plumber. Very prompt, positive professional communication. Also I like his systematic approach to problem solving, and clear explanation in layman's terms of what was going on. Hoping that we won't ever have to need you at our place again, but if 'sheeeet' happens again at least we know who to call :p

  Michael at MTR was terrific. He fixed my pergola's waterproofing / drainage and improved the the overall fit between the panels then added overhangs to facilitate better protection from harsh storms. He also increased the drainage pitch on top to reduce debris build up. He was so responsive & punctual with such great value i had him come back to install an insinkerator which went in tidy as. He even saw a broken garden drain (i didn't catch it) and replaced that as well. Plan to have him back to do the outdoor kitchen plumbing / gas when the time comes. Has tremendous professionalism that's all too rare nowadays. :)

  Michael helped me out with a stormwater investigation issue. Came out and CCTV'd the pipe. Couldn't resolve the issue conclusively so came back another day and put the camera down a recently excavated pipe for no extra charge. Helped me out of a bind really quickly and really helpful.

  We called on Michael to help with our temperamental hot water unit. I chose him based on his close proximity to us and positive Google reviews. We were not disappointed! He came out twice to try and locate the issue and did not leave until he was satisfied that all was working well. Excellent communication, attended within 24 hours and persevered to fix the issue. I will definitely call on him for any plumber needs.
