We highly recommend L&B Homes after recently having our ensuite renovated. Lauren and Brent’s project management was seamless, and their clear communication made the whole process simple and stress-free. These guys really understand how to translate ideas into thoughtful, functional design. They captured the relaxed coastal feel we wanted perfectly and brought everything together on time and on budget. We’re absolutely over the moon with our new ensuite and will definitely be calling them for any future renovations.

We engaged L&B Homes to completely renovate our ensuite. They have done an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. Lauren was excellent in the way she helped us with great design ideas and in the selection of tiles, vanity mirrors, grout colours, ensuites, tap styles and heated towel rails. She also is an excellent communicator who kept us well informed on the project progress. Brent is an excellent tradesman who clearly takes pride in his work. He and his team of tradies at all times were considerate and careful to complete their tasks with a minimum of disruption and to an excellent standard. We have absolutely no reservations at all in highly recommending L&B Homes for any bathroom renovations that you may require.

Brent and Lauren and their team renovated the back half of our home, and in particular, a complete makeover of the ensuite as well as adding a whole new room. We are thrilled with the outcome and are 100% satisfied. The workmanship by Brent, Tom and Kevin was nothing short of perfection. Nothing was too much trouble as we continued to add more to be done. Brent and Lauren were creative, offered ideas and sought solutions where needed. Brent and Lauren were professional, respectful and generous. Brent always gave a time when he, Tom or Lauren would be coming. Their punctuality was outstanding. Brent and Lauren were always available to answer any questions, and yes, the lines of communication were also outstanding. It goes without saying that we highly recommend Brent and Lauren - L&B Homes for your renovation projects. I say with the greatest of confidence, you will be very happy with their work. Leslie & Louise

I am a single women and know next to nothing about builders and tradies but when I read the reviews for L&B I thought they are the ones for me. I wasn’t wrong. I have been so impressed by the professionalism and workmanship of Brent and his team. Everything has been done with consultation and advice in a timely manner. 2 bathrooms were gutted and fitted to allow easy access, whole areas replastered and painted. The area for a lift was prepared seamlessly and further work is being done outside. All work is priced very reasonable. I know who I would get to do anything else required. You will not be disappointed.

What a positive experience having Lauren & Brent in charge of my bathroom and ensuite renovation. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. Both are very energetic, well organised, genuinely helpful and unceasingly pleasant to deal with! Everyone on their team is polite, punctual, professional and very competent. The schedule ran like clockwork, the quality of the work and care taken was excellent and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I thoroughly recommend them and would engage them again in a heart beat if I devise any other renovation or building project!

We’ve been supplying windows to L&B Homes for a a few years now, and it’s always a great experience. The team is super easy to work with, professional, organised, and they really care about the quality of their builds. It’s been awesome seeing our windows go into such well built renovations and extensions. Looking forward to more projects together!
