Read moreAli came through today to fix a leaking tap. He was very professional and quick, but most importantly he was transparent with exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He explained the cost of everything he was doing and at no point did I feel like I was being ripped off. His services were cheaper than any other plumber i've had in Melbourne and fixed my problem compltely. Absolute legend.

Read moreCalled Don at 10.30pm after water started spraying out from something under my bathroom sink and wouldn’t stop. He was over within 15 minutes and fixed everything calmly, quickly and efficiently. Afterwards I texted to ask him something about my tap and he called straight away and walked me through figuring out why it wasn’t working (i had turned something when trying to stop the water earlier). Not sure what his normal daytime rates are but in an emergency after hours the price seemed fine for peace of mind- just bc a job can be done/fixed quickly doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable. I personally thank God for professionals like Don who make themselves available after hours! Thanks Don!
