Excellent service. Very efficient, plumber arrived within an hour of making the call. He had a friendly manner. Work completed to a high standard. Reasonable price. Overall outstanding customer service from all involved.

We had a last minute roof emergency and Mark Leonards booked us in swiftly. Nathan was knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and to a high quality. Reasonable charge for the works as well. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my appreciation and sincere thank you to the team at Mark Leonard Plumbing. Specifically Dayna, Janine, Ashlee, and Russell. My family rented a property and the shower needed urgent maintenance repair, it took the agent/landlord more than 8 weeks to finally give the approval. Meanwhile, the team from Mark Leonard has attended to the property to provide assessment, quote, and ensured the parts are ready to go, all while waiting for agent/landlord's approval. During the process, I received calls and sms updates from the team at Mark Leonard, always professional and friendly. Eventually, when agent/landlord approved the work late Friday afternoon, Russell attended the property 9am Monday morning and completed the repair in 30 minutes. It was a frustrating and stressful process dealing with the agent/landlord, but the care and professionalism demonstrated by the team at Mark Leonard made all the difference to me and my family. I own properties in the area and certainly will be using Mark Leonard Plumbing in the future. Mark Leonard were absolutely the best. We had a burst pipe. They turned up very quickly, dealt with the issue and went through the options with us. They were quick, responsive and very kind. Their admin staff organised follow up appointments and kept us updated at every step. They were quick to answer questions and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Response was super quick when we phoned about a suspected gas leak, Plumber was there in half an hour. Tested the system thoroughly. Bill was reasonable. The service was friendly and efficient. When I received the bill, it had several photos relating to the job attached to it which was really helpful. Can’t recommend them enough. 10/10

We recently had work done to repair three toilets owing to their age. As ever, MLP responded to our request quickly, came to site and inspected then gave us options. They are well priced, the plumber (Russell) was always on time and friendly and the work first rate. This is the second time we have used them and would never bother with getting another company to even quote. We have recommended them to family and friends and we wouldn’t do that if they were not an excellent company to deal with. Great company - great people
