Drain Fixers - Sewer Pipe Relining

Drain Fixers came to provide me with a free quote after I had received a very excessive quote from another company. They were very professional and friendly, explained everything in detail and sent through the quote details and videos of the drains. After discussing the job with Tim I felt comfortable going ahead with them, and booked it in. On the two days they attended our property, they were again very professional and left everything neat and tidy. They provided videos of the completed work (inside of the drains), and I'm confident they did a great job which should prevent problems many years into the future. Fixing drains is not cheap, but it's good to have the piece of mind that you're not going to experience any unexpected blockage disasters in future. Would highly recommend Drain Fixers.

After explaining to Tim that I’d already had two other plumbers who took advantage of me and failed to fix the problem, he went above and beyond. He sent out Charlie and another young man, both very professional and well presented. They pulled out their equipment, properly investigated, found the issue, and fixed it, then clearly explained everything. Drain fixers relined our entire ceramic sewerage system and we’re such a pleasure to deal with. Tim went above and beyond to accommodate us before Christmas and the entire team were lovely. No one likes to call a plumber when the drains are overflowing. We tried to fix by hiring equipment over the weekend however that didn't work. We try to use local trades where we can, within 1/2 a day the Drain fixers were on site and in less than 1 hour had the drain running again and supplied a detailed (visual and audio) assessment of the problem.... original 1960's terracotta pipework collapsed 2 1/2 meters below ground level. I can't recommend The Drain fixers highly enough, professional, prompt, transparent with pricing and recommendations and incredibly accommodating. After the work they supply a video of the completed works. Amazing company and thankful that we took a chance.....Highly recommended.
