  Jack was very professional, hard working and had an attention to detail with regards to his plumbing work and has helped me out through the two properties I had him do work on. Thanks Jack for assisting me out with my Hot Water System and the plumbing of the Gas Plumbing which my re-stumpers have seem to miss and not fix. Appreciate your work. Will definitely get Jack to assist me in future plumbing needs.

  I had an hot water issue that needed to be replaced very quickly due to a slight gas leak. As I contacted few plumbers for a quote, some wanted a small fee to inspect and then have to commit what ever the quote I receive. However speaking to Jack, he gave me an exact quote and came the next day replacing the unit. He also checked his work such as if there were any gas leaks and the hot water replacement unit worked well. There were no surprises and provided me with a pictorial invoice itemising all the work done. I will definitely use him again!

  I own a home and 2 rentals and have needed both, emergency and non-emergency gas-fitting and general plumbing work attended to quite a few times. Work has included rectifying leaking underground pipes, all waste and stormwater plumbing, installation of new fittings and fixtures, sourcing outdated parts, temporary repairs and even small repairs such as a broken under-bench water filter system. Regardless of calling time (even weekends and out of hours), I get prompt return calls from Jack to describe the problem and make an appointment. He also liaised direct with renters to arrange suitable times. Jack always arrives at the agreed time and gets straight to work. He is thorough and effective and has very reasonable rates. Most importantly, Jack is straight up, honest and trustworthy, always explaining the problem, offering options and advising on the best course to fix it, taking overall cost into account. One of the most reliable trades I have dealt with and highly recommended.
