The services was highly rated 5⭐️ I contacted Andrew at 1 am and he &responded 7:16 am very fast even business was closed. My pipes were hammering onto the walls very loud which we can’t sleep concerns bursting pipes. Andrew turn up earlier than expected time promptly with a big friendly smile very professional He communicated well queries about the pass plumbing problems and solving it by installing Pressure Reducing Valve in 10 minutes then he inspected inside the house and also changed the duo valve for hot water which was leaking.. very honest no hidden fees. The hammering noises from the pipes finally gone. He also helped to checked out my faulty gas oven and other issues. Leave no mess at all. Andrew was awesome going beyond what I expected. Very happy customer I would highly recommended his excellent services to anyone. Thank you Andrew now I found a reliable plumber.

This guy was great. We had had tradies from the insurance company come a few times to try to diagnose a water leak. They were pretty useless. Andrew, on the other hand, did some great detective work to diagnose and fix what was not an obvious issue. Highly recommended.

HTS plumbing is simply amazing. Tried a quote from a competitor, without even looking at or trying anything, told me the job would be $5000! Andrew came and did the job on the spot for about $1000 and could not be happier. After my initial efforts, he promptly visited my home. Despite my incomplete preparation, Andrew was incredibly helpful. He performed some work, provided valuable advice, and directed me to contact the builder. I particularly appreciate that he did not charge me for his travel or services, even though he spent a significant amount of time at my house, getting dirty with sewage water while helping me locate the Boundary Trap. His integrity and willingness to assist were truly remarkable.
