Pat was polite, efficient, quick to fix our problem and advised us on who to contact to fix our water mains tap issues. I can’t recommend Pat highly enough -we instantly made him our go-to plumber not just for emergencies. No regrets.

  Pat is just an amazing find. We have holiday place in Heathcote and had airbnb stay with sewerage issue on public holiday. He came out that day and resolved issue. We recently had more issues and Pat and now gone through whole property and corrected all the errors previous plumbers had done like hot water connected incorrectly, no backfill for septic area, improved hot water to showers reducing time significantly and put drain under house where water was being collected. This has been a game changer for us. He is now our go to plumber on all future issues can't speak more highly of him.

  Pat was very responsive, replying to me very quickly. He then attended my property that same day and knew what the problem was. He then sourced the part and fixed it up immediately. He also attended when another problem arose late at night. Nothing was too much and he did everything with a smile! His knowledge, punctually, and amazing customer service was the best I’ve come across. I highly recommend Hydrotek Plumbing!!
