Amir from Plumb Plus Victoria Plumbing & Gas Specialist was outstanding. I contacted him and he came out the same day, which was a huge relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything along the way so I understood what was happening and why. What I really appreciated was how respectful he was of the space he cleaned up after himself and left everything neat and tidy. Great service, great communication, and genuinely easy to deal with. Very happy and I’d absolutely recommend Amir to anyone needing plumbing or gas work.

I love Amir, I do, BUT when he forgets to tell you you need a double adaptor because you now have a gas stove with electric start up, and the oven doesn't work cos he unplugged it, and you have a shower with shampoo everywhere and it goes cold because he forgot to turn the hot water back on, O M G! So only four stars for this lovely man. The job itself, terrific, and very fair price. Ugh, make sure he tells you everything, ask him if he's forgotten anything! Sitting here with shampoo dripping trying to work out how I turn the damned thing on.

We broke an outdoor tap on a weekend and had to turn off our water supply until it was repaired. Amir was fantastic- he was happy to come out late on a Saturday, had great communication, and did an excellent job fixing our tap quickly and efficiently. We will call him first next time we have something that needs attention. Thanks so much.
