The plumber who came to my apartment was the best plumber I've ever met! My rental apartment has an ongoing issue with blue water stain. Not only did he assessed the situation professionally and addressed my questions...He proactively looked up Australia water safety guidelines, suggested temporary/ long term solutions and explained things thoroughly to give me reassurance. I didn't have a chance to ask for his name. But it's a pleasure to have him! Definitely recommend!

When I went for a walk, I saw one of their employees knock on the door of a resident in the vicinity of the job they were working at to let the resident know there was a parcel on the doorstep (it would have been very easy for anyone walking down the street to see it and take it). It's so refreshing to see an employees actions aligning with the company values (honesty).

They have done a couple of jobs for me in the last month at my new place and each plumber I’ve met has been really approachable, generous with explanations or helpfulness and done a great job. Every time I’ve called the office I am met with lovely and helpful staff too. It is a pleasure to work with them each time and also a breeze– I always feel taken care of and that the house is in the right hands. They have been kind, quick, efficient and really well priced. Read moreI cannot recommend Adam and his team highly enough! Great value, a professional team and such lovely people to deal with, both plumbers and admin staff alike. Their service is always prompt, and they respect my home whilst in it, always leaving it tidy and as they found it. Pleasingly, unlike other plumbers I’ve used in the past, I’ve never experienced bill shock. Frankly Plumbing will always be my go to plumbing team.
