The communication good from the outset; the quote provided detailed and easy to understand; work commenced soon after requesting Fine Detail Plumbing proceed; no hidden surprises with regard to the pricing and after excavation, installation of new copper piping/garden tap/pressure limiting valve & refilling was done the two workers were able to stay on for another hour to fix the problem of leaking taps in the bathroom with the extra charge for this work more than reasonable.

Shane and Alex were great to work with and we will definitely call them for our next project. They helped rough in and fit out our new kitchen including sink, dishwasher and gas stove. Good communication as well!

highly recommend Fine Detail Plumbing. They were able to come late afternoon on Friday and stayed until the job was done. Alex had to dig through rock and hard dirt to get to the pipes. Thank you for staying and finishing the job as i know other businesses would of left it for the following week, leaving the job half done and leaving us with no water for the weekend. thanks again guys.

Highly recommend Shane from Fine Detail Plumbing - we had a need for a plumber for my elderly mum who had gone without hot water for a few days (unbeknown to us!) Shane was contacted at 8:45am on the Monday morning and by mid morning had been round to mums place and sorted her hot water issue. These guys were just amazing! I was doing bathroom renovation on a budget, replacing a very dated and stained sink and trough two-in-one set. Turns out this is not a job a lot of plumbing experts were willing/ able to take on, however after ringing around I was put on to Fine Detail Plumbing. Got a quote withing a couple of days (which was very reasonable for the work entailed) and the job completed within a couple weeks. Thrilled with the result and would highly recommend!
