He responded quickly and replaced my old unit with a high-quality Rinnai Hotflo Plus 250L. ​What impressed me most was his attention to detail—Kurt didn't just swap the tank, but also installed a new customized pallet base, a new safe tray, and a proper drainage system to prevent future flooding.   Incredible and reliable service! I had an emergency situation with a blocked drain and overflowing sewage in my garden late afternoon on a 43 degree day. I found Kurt’s details online, he arrived with all of his equipment within 30 minutes. Worked tirelessly in intense heat to identify the issue (which was actually impacting my neighbours house too, they didn’t know because they were away!). Kurt made contact with relevant water and council services and used his years of training and experience to resolve the issue. Friendly, professional, no-nonsense service. 10/10 would recommend!
