He did most of it but told me he wanted one of his other colleagues to come and complete the work as he was not happy with the work he did and the other person was more experienced at it. I appreciated the honesty. No hesitation recommending them

  My property manager sent DJS to rectify a non-compliant gas connection and the tradie who attended was brilliant. I wish I’d grabbed his name for the review, but he was a young guy, in exactly the right role. Personable, friendly, knowledgable, explained exactly what he was doing, respectful of the fact that I was taking work calls while he was working, so let me know when he needed to make noise. Then he cleaned up after himself and it was like nothing had happened. Brilliant and would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

Richard was incredibly empathetic and made me feel understood throughout the whole process. He never made me feel like he was rushed for time and took the time to answer all my questions and answer everything he was able to identify. Great service- highly recommend
