Direct Flow Plumbing

I've known Andrew for over 10 years. Always professional, always helpful. When ever I have an issue with my plumbing the first person I call is Andrew and his team. As an elderly household it is imperative that we find trustful people to help with our home maintenance and Andrew from Direct Flow Plumbing is one of those. I strongly recommend that should you need a plumber, give his team a call. Thanks Andrew and Team for clearing out the blocked drain.

We had direct flow come and do some extensive plumbing works. They were amazing. After being let down by a couple of other plumbers who came out to quote but never got back to us Direct flow were recommended and have done a brilliant job. They arrive on time, complete the works and due to our soils being clay and waterlogged gave us solutions to fix some potential problems. I have not had great experience with some other trades but these guys were professional, punctual and skilled. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys we really appreciate the professionalism.

Can't recommend Direct Flow enough .... our business had a leak on site under the concrete car park. Rang the team at Direct Flow and they came straight over and started trouble-shooting. What a huge job to fix some rusted out fire hydrant fixings and pipe. The guys were respectful, professional and communicated every step of the way. We will be using Direct Flow for all our plumbing works in future.

My mum had a blocked drain emergency a few months ago and gave them a call, they showed up super quick and sorted it out without any hassle. The guys were friendly, explained what was going on, and just got the job done properly, as I haven't had any issues since! Really happy with the service, would definitely recommend them.

I researched plumbers prior to engaging the services of Direct Flow Plumbing! They certainly lived up to their excellent reviews and now I will leave mine. Right from inception of calling Direct Flow through to the lovely plumbers that came out to fix my horrific problem of my toilet trap overflowing outside to having to suction out tree roots from below ground, they were exceptional! Foremostly, they were knowledgeable, professional, reliable, efficient, helpful, courteous and above all they explained the issues clearly to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an A1 plumber! Touche, Direct Flow, you've nailed it with the staff you employ! An absolute pleasure in dealing with you from start to finish especially in a very "shitty" situation. Thankyou once again

Can't speak highly enough of this team. We had an emergency, Andy came to our place within the hour! All fixed up and hassle free! They cleaned our waste water drain and did a camera assessment showing us exactly what caused the issue. We found it so helpful, being unsure about plumbing etc! Highly recommend!!
