He fit us in straight away to get our hot water system replaced. The plumber who came out was an absolute legend — worked through pouring rain to get the job done, and still took the time to explain everything to me properly. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. This is exactly what you want in a tradesman: reliable, friendly, great priced, approachable and genuinely knowledgeable.
