They took the time to explain how the system works, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure everything was installed safely and neatly. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right. They showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Highly recommend this AC installation team. From start to finish they were professional, punctual and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly and treated the home with care throughout the installation. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed patiently and thoroughly, which made the whole process stress-free. A special mention to Riley who was outstanding—well organised, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Also the boys Bailey, Nik and Kanish gave excellent service and support all around. It’s been 4 weeks now and have had no issues with the current AC system that has been keeping the family cool this summer. I would definitely use them again.

Very happy with the Powerband Team for helping me electrify my home. Installing a Reverse Ducted Heating & Cooling system, Hot Water Service & Induction Cooktop. From the initial consultation, Dayle was extremely professional. Powerband were the only company who took the extra step of sending my home’s floor plan to an engineer to ensure the system was correctly sized for my space — something I found exceptional. I’d like to personally thank Baily, Mitch, Logan, Julian, Riley, Boyd, Will, Liam, Dayle and the rest of the Powerband team. They were careful with everything in my home, using drop sheets and moving items where needed to keep things protected. For a group of tradespeople who often get a reputation for leaving a mess, these guys were the complete opposite — clean, tidy, and respectful throughout the entire installation. This week we had a big battery installed with an additional 13kw of solar. Completed in just one day. Outstanding effort. Other quotes came in with a TWO month wait. Our instal was rated super simple and so we could be fitted into their schedule....in just one weeks time. Everything is working correctly with so much information displayed in the App. I simply can't fault the service or the choice of components. Well done team.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Look at all of these reviews at 5 star, there is a reason. It's been about 3 weeks since my install and on purpose I waited to give this review, to see what issues I would experience post and if any, how they would be resolved. After being mucked around by a large name solar company and needing to engage Victorian Fair Trading I researched and landed on PowerBand. From the minute I engaged Trent and the team the service has been nothing short of 5 star (not just Trent but he is the front of office, everyone has been great). I am pretty particular about what I want, and I value service and quality amongst all things. For my system I wanted - zero internal / external conduits - my battery and gateway located 40m from my switchboard - ethernet connected - installer level access, specifically for the ModBus integration so I could talk to my PLC and Home Assistant. PowerBand delivered, an aesthetically pleasing system and most importantly they have been around to promptly answer any question I have had. This is the real value, knowing people will be there to stand behind there products. Total turn around time from dealing with Trent to installation was less than 1 month. I have even jumped on my roof and its a very clean install. If you are after a company that provides service, quality and pick up there phone when you call them, then I couldn't recommend them more.
