  Brad was great. As a woman who has no idea about ducted heating, he could have easily taken advantage and charged for things I didn’t need. As it turned out I just hadn’t turned a switch back on after relighting the pilot, so I only had to pay the call out fee. Very happy with Brad and would definitely recommend him

  If there were more than five stars ⭐️ I would give it a 10/10. A big thanks to Brad for coming out to see us when we needed a plumber urgently. We were expecting a plumber to come out to see us who was a no show today no calls no text and I thought I would call BSW from the directory and out comes Brad who was prompt, excellent communication and with great expertise and knowledge and greatly exceeded our expectations. Both my husband and I highly recommend Brad from BSW to anyone who needs a friendly, honest and trustworthy plumber and definitely will be using him when we need him. A big thank you Brad! You saved the day for us.

  Brad fitted me in at short notice both times I had to call him. With three teenagers in the house he replaced my hot water heater within just outside 12 hours. I didn't realise until a few days later he also corrected an old fault with a gardening water hose installation that had been badly connected to the system and which went above and beyond his brief. I don't know him from a bar of soap but couldn't recommend him more highly.
