Bright Flow Plumbing

I highly recommend BrightFlow plumbing for all plumbing work. Tom installed a new Reclaim heat pump hot water service for me and I found him professional, polite and a fantastic communicator. His work was neat and tidy, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions without complicating things. It’s rare to find a tradie who arrives on time and delivers excellent results, but Tom does!

Tom was amazing, professional. Tom scanned a 10m x 10m concreted area and found a leak on a 20mm pipe, 700mm deep. Tom saved myself at least 3-4 days of digging / jackhammering and saved the client $4000+ in concreting due to his accuracy. The square we cut in the concrete to find the leak was so small we only used 2 bags on concrete to repair it.

Tom was great today, came from bright to west wodonga to install a whole house water filtration system. Had to dig a bit further then originally thought so we can put it on the side of the house out of sight which he done at no extra cost. Was also happy to tighten up a couple of taps for me inside. Was also nice that the product that he was selling was on his own house so he knew all about it

Had Tom from Bright Flow Plumbing out this week to sort my solar hot water setup, and the whole experience was honestly spot on. He called me back within the hour and was around that afternoon, which is not something you take for granted in Bright. He got straight into the job, explained what he was doing in a really clear way, and had everything fixed without any fuss. The workmanship is tidy, the system is running perfectly again, and he was just easy to deal with the whole way through. Tom’s one of those local tradies who brings a bit of energy and pride to his work, and it shows. Friendly, reliable, and someone you’d happily have back for future jobs. Five stars from me.

Tom responded straight away to an emergency callout on the weekend, had a short term hot water system installed within the day, and came back later in the week to install the new system. Absolutely seamless - the install quality is outstanding, attention to detail is fantastic. Have recommended him to all my friends in Bright (most already know how great he is!).
