Our outdoor gas hot water unit had run its life & we were in need of a new one. Wasn't sure who to call. Got a hold of Matt @ Boundary Plumbing. Changed his schedule to come around at short notice & did a fantastic job. Gave an upfront price so no surprises later which also included all new valves and copper piping etc that others wanted to charge extra for. When doing the job he even added a small concrete base & aggregate for no extra cost to lift it up level with existing pavers to avoid water leaking in underneath over time & doing damage. If you're looking for someone for this type of work can highly recommend Matt, he's extremely knowledgeable & good at what he does for a very fair price

Matt came on schedule to quote my job (toilet install) I was kept informed with quote date and time of works. Msg sent on day of arrival time. Taran & Darcy arrived on time, we’ll mannered, polite and informed me of any complications (my floor was not even) in my ensuite. Nice clean work left no mess. Price for job was reasonable I called them back to do my 2nd toilet main bathroom. Overall very happy would use them again definitely!!

I reached out to Boundary Plumbing after the cold snap this week damaged the solar heating on the house I’m looking after (I’m housesitting while owners are in the UK!). When I called, the team were friendly, explaining that there was a whole number of people in the same position as me due to the weather and talked me through turning the hot water off to the solar panels. Given they were busy I explained I was happy to wait in-line until I can be seen, however they followed up later the same day to say that they had a cancellation in the same area as me. I received an automated message prior to the crews arrival which was handy. On arrival both guys were polite and knowledgeable, and they were able to identify / amend the issue swiftly. Overall super pleased with the work that was done and would recommend their services. Thank you!!
