  After re-stumping our fixer-upper we discovered that we needed major stormwater and sewerage rectification works at our property. After talking to a number of plumbers, we chose to go with Norman at Bluestone, mainly because he took the time to work with us to plan exactly what was needed, not just now, but to fit in with our longer term renovation plans for the property so as not to duplicate work and expense. He came up with a number of clever ideas that we hadn't considered. All up his crew were on site for the better part of two weeks. They were courteous and efficient, and Norman did not leave each day until he was satisfied that we had no further questions and were satisfied with the work. He was even happy to answer questions unrelated to the engagement, such as concerns about our old gas heater, which he tested and discovered was leaking, capping it off for us at no charge. Communication and quality of work was excellent, I'll be calling him first for any future plumbing needs, and have no hesitation in recommending him for jobs large or small.
