  I had issues with a broken stormwater pipe and illegal pool waste connection in a fairly difficult area of the garden due to tree roots and vegetation being in the way. Blaine identified the problem quickly and worked with me to find the best solution involving a full repair of the underground stormwater pipe and relocation of the pool waste pipe to the main sewer located in the middle of the garden. Blaine quoted the works, which involved 2 days of mechanical digging, pipelaying and plumbing and made sure he gave me the best possible price despite the extent of the works. Blaine and his colleague worked extremely hard in hot conditions to complete the job and i am very pleased with the outcome. From finding the issue, working on a solution and getting the work done took about a week only. On the back of this, I would gladly recommend Blaine for his professional and knowledgeable approach and will definitely use him again if, god forbid, another issue arises.

  I'm so happy we came across Blaine in our search for a plumber. The work he did on our gutter could not be faulted and we're really happy with the end result. Blaine worked with us to find the most affordable option for what we needed and did everything he could to cater to our needs, including sending some great, reliable contacts our way.   Blain of Below Plumbing resolved our sewerage issue with expertise and care. I enquired about our downpipes situation which Blain took great care and ingenuity to allow downpipes to flow to correct place. Blain was also an integral member of our bathroom renovation which we are delighted with! Blain is trustworthy and worked at our home whilst we were at work.
