  Beel Plumbing is a highly professional and highly competent plumbing organisation. For some time, we had been seeking a plumber who could undertake a basic plumbing task such as installing a hot water system. This had proved too much for some. We then had the good fortune to find and re-engage Beel Plumbing, who undertook and completed the task efficiently. The Beel team came to the house, explained in some detail what they proposed to do and they did it. The team had to spend some time in the house, but were unobtrusive and just got on with the task in hand. We have no problem in recommending Beel Plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have.

  If you have a more complex job to be done, ensure you know what these friendly guys will be charging each step of the way - beforehand. Their prices are steep and not always clarified upfront. There also seemed to be a tendency towards increasing the scope of works beyond the brief. I had a strange smell at home and they did not seem to know how to trace it. They were willing for me to pay almost $7000 on works, still without finding the source of the smell. A "process of elimination" would have eventually cost me thousands more. They wanted to reline 1 metre of a cracked stormwater pipe ( for about $4000 all up), but as the next plumber assured me, stormwater is clean and does not smell - that is sewage. So be careful. They did refund me most of the 50% deposit I'd paid in a panic. P.S. Josh was apologetic, eager to resolve this issue and has repaid me the amount spent, which is appreciated.

  Had a great experience with Alex & Jasper. Alex quoted our built in bbq/kitchen to plumb hot/cold water & waste for the sink. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Jasper arrived to complete the install & he did a fantastic job. Very friendly service, he also cleaned up after his work was done. Highly recommend this team. I look forward to using in the near future.

  I rang Beel Plumbing on Monday this week with a leaking HWS on the outside of the house. Alex came out Tuesday morning checked it out as I was explaining the trouble I've had since it was installed By another Plumbing Company 19mths ago, he suggested to get a new one. Jasper came out Wednesday morning to install the new one, he cleaned up very well after himself. Great work in such a short time by Alex and Jasper, both are so easy to talk to aswell, I would Definitely get them out again if needed. Jayne
