After a very stressful experience with another plumber which left us feeling we'd been overcharged for a problem that returned in less than 2 days, we were put in contact with Gabriel from All About Drains. Unlike the 1st plumber Gabriel arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, professional, honest & an excellent communicator. He promptly unblocked the drain & then cut out the offending tree roots in pipeline for a significantly lesser amount than charged by 1st plumber. Gabriel then advised pipe can be relined, thus avoiding major excavation & inconvenience. Extremely happy with the outcome & can highly recommend All About Drains & their friendly & helpful staff.

I have used All About Drains quite a few times now, Gabriel and Owen have been fantastic to work with. They have gotten jobs done that others couldn't get fixed. As another Plumber with my own business, i need to ensure that who ever goes out to my jobs, shares the same dedication, reliability and care for the job as i do. Great work boys!

Owen & Gabriel have just completed relining 21 metres of our old earthenware sewer pipe which had tree roots coming in at nearly every join. Their relining avoided the need to dig up our driveway and half our front garden to replace the 1 metre deep pipe. It was also done for a similar price to the dig and replace job with a much longer warranty. Owen and Gabriel were very efficient, friendly, informative and left absolutely no mess. I highly recommend them for this work.

A great experience with this company with updating of storm water drains for our house in Preston. They turned up exactly when they said they would, quoted accurately and completed the job as promised, including organising council permits and follow up. Happy to recommend them.
