Caleb of 9 Yards Plumbing was referred to me by a close friend who was highly commendable of his services deployed over few different occasions. Caleb was fast to respond and easy to communicate, arriving here fast enough to deal with our plumbing needs. He performed his work with diligence to fix the issues and replacements. He was forthcoming to offer alternative solutions and some valuable advice about maintenance. I totally appreciated that he followed up with a call the following week to ensure all was well with the work done. I found his attitude, care, professionalism and integrity made a huge difference. He is also super polite and friendly – I would highly recommend Caleb/9 Yards Plumbing to anyone needing an efficient and reliable plumber.

Caleb is very professional in his work. We wanted to add a toilet suite in our bathroom, and he explained what needs to be done with the plumbing and why that's the best way to do it. He made sure everything is done correctly, recommended some improvements (eg. fix gas leak) and still respected our final decisions. When our dishwasher which Caleb installed didn't work, he immediately arranged a time to come back to address the issue. Absolutely a top plumber.

We were given Calebs name from Swan Hardware Kilsyth, as we needed someone to fit our new hot water service. Caleb answered straight away, explained what needed to be done and discussed what may also need to be be fixed. Giving us a very detailed idea of costing, leaving nothing as a surprise. Caleb's guy Jacob, came out the next morning. Jacob was very friendly, efficient and competent. Caleb also called in to check we were happy with the fitting and said we could call if any problems. We needed to call Caleb back that evening to ask if he could call by sometime to turn the hot water up. Within half an hour Caleb was here. I could not ask for better service, which is very rare today. We are very lucky to of found a genuinely nice person, who has brilliant work ethics. We would highly recommend 9 Yards Plumbing to all our family and friends and we wish him all the best in his business. 10 out of 10

Caleb from 9 Yards Plumbing operates honestly and with integrity. I organised everything with him on the phone on behalf of my-laws. He then turned up on time, did the job perfectly and at a great price! My in-laws are very happy with the job (change over a tap and fixed 2 leaking toilets) and Caleb even gave them a discount! Their experience with other trade professionals hasn't always been that positive. In fact, they've been exploited because they cannot speak English and I can't always be present as I have to work. Cannot recommend Caleb and Jacob enough! We had a water leak in our yard upon getting Caleb’s details from a colleague a quick chat to discuss the issue and he came out later that day to inspect - great communication and thorough explanations. Our issue turned out to be much more complex than first expected but Caleb and Jacob talked us through our options and were able to fix the issue. Honestly would give them 20/10 if possible - so grateful for their work and professionalism! Thank you 😊
