Ben is fantastic.. was concerned about crushed pipes under an old home. He sent the camera up and alleviated all my concerns, cut the roots growing through with his jet machine, been a real life saver and knowing I don’t need to spend tens of thousands like I was quotes from another so called “professional” company.

We have been using Ben for the past 4.5 years. They have been honest, reliable, ontime, and no nonsense. They have provided quality, well above the standard service to our house and rental. You can tell they are locally minded plumbers who value their clients by taking pride in their work, which is very hard to come by these days. They are happy to answer any questions including explaining why things need to be done certain ways. Their receptionist is on the ball and will either answer the call right away or will call back within the hour. I did not have to chase anything! 5 star rating is not enough for Ben and his crew!

Ben went above and beyond with a job at my place. He dealt with several plumbing issues I requested help for, but did much more than I had asked. You can tell he has decades of experience with the way he carries out the inspections, explains the issues before carrying out the fix. On top of that, he was also approachable and a good chap to chat to.

Had Henry come through to look into the toilet not flushing properly and to replace some seized shower spindles. He was punctual and gave me notice when he was about 30 minutes away. Henry is very knowledgeable, thoroughly investigated the issue and was able to communicate the problem in a way that even a person with zero plumbing experience could understand. He gave multiple solutions, was upfront about the risk of future issues with certain ideas, and honest about the cost of parts and service so there wasn't any unseen shock at the end. Plus he was really nice to my dog and just a great lad all round. Thank you so much champ!
