Huge thanks to the team at Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas! Everyone was super friendly and easy to deal with, and the communication throughout the job was excellent. They did a really tidy, high-quality install—replacing our old instant gas hot water system with a heat pump. It wasn’t the easiest setup, but they handled the tricky parts like pros, including solving a drain issue and figuring out the best way to install the unit. There was no existing drain, so they had to locate a suitable vent, get through a brick wall, and connect a new drain to it—all done cleanly and efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about finding the best solution for the customer. Great craftsmanship, great value, and just a really solid experience overall. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas. Mitch came out the same day we called and quickly unblocked our drains. He did a great job — efficient, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. On top of that, he was a great person to deal with. Aidan was one of the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with, and I say that coming from a compliance role reviewing the work of trades across the industry. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to have a chat with. He let us know of any risks involved with the work, and kept us well in the loop. Even gave us some top advice for down the line. We will be keeping him in mind for when we build or buy a home of our own.

Mitch, from Adelaide Expert Plumbing came out to my house,to unblock my storm water in my shed late Saturday afternoon! His work ethic and can do attitude was second too none along with his friendly attitude. His people skills were excellent and was a pleasure to deal with. Michael and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Michael quickly found the cause of our plumbing issue on his first visit and came up with a solution, but when it turned out the fix wouldn’t work for the specific section of pipe (without a full rip-up and bathroom reno), he didn’t give up. He came back multiple times, tried different ideas, and ultimately found a solution that worked. He was super professional, punctual, and genuinely lovely both on the phone and in person, and always made us feel reassured while trying to save us from unnecessary costs. Highly recommend!
