Steve recently replaced our ancient hot water system and he did an awesome job. The quote was quite reasonable, the service was really friendly and kept everything tidy. Our new hot water system works great and as an added bonus our power bill has reduced significantly so couldn't be happier.

After spending five days in the hospital for knee surgery, I had just returned home. Of course, two bathrooms backed up right away. On a Saturday, we were in a grave situation. Within an hour, Michael's arrived and diligently worked for almost three hours to drill out the clog in the two toilets. Ariel worked nonstop since fixing it was not simple.
