I was referred to Brisbane Taps Toilets & Drains (BTTD) by a friend when I had a blocked drain, and I’m very glad I gave them a call. Sean and Riley arrived right on time and got straight to work. They quickly cleared the blockage and then took the time to run me through the entire process using their drain camera so I could actually see what was going on inside the pipe. It was great to have everything clearly explained rather than just being told it was “fixed.” What really stood out was that they presented me with practical options to repair the drain properly without having to destroy my lawn. They explained the pros and cons of each solution so I could make an informed decision. Good old-fashioned service combined with modern technology. Professional, honest, and easy to deal with. We had an excellent experience with BTTD team. The admin team booked us in for a same day appointment and our plumber, Conner, was a great help. He addressed our issue quickly, checked all the taps and fittings including the hot water unit to make sure they were all in good order and gave us some great advise around where to start on our bathroom renovation.
