He was extremely professional, fairly priced, and clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills made the whole process seamless. On top of that, he was great to brainstorm ideas with and helped me find the best solutions throughout the project. Tom saved the day! My friend’s guest toilet wasn’t working properly and with 4 guests ( 2 of them small children) arriving on the weekend there was a problem!
