I can’t recommend Todd's Plumbing & Electrical highly enough! I had an old solar split system with panels on the roof that were leaking. I reached out to several other companies to replace my system, but every one of them made it seem so difficult. They spent more time explaining all the potential problems and complications than actually helping — it was frustrating and overwhelming. Then I called Todd's, and everything was completely different. They came around the very next day to have a look, and to my relief, nothing was a problem. They said the panels from the roof were no hassle to remove at all — exactly the main issue that had held up other companies. I approved the quote, and they installed the new system the following day. The tradies who came were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. I’m thrilled with switching to a heat pump — it was an easy decision given my 15kW 3-phase solar system at home. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which was a huge relief after my previous experiences. I also want to give a special thanks to Jazz, who patiently put up with all my back-and-forth emails and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. The communication was excellent, and I always felt like my questions and concerns were genuinely listened to. From start to finish, Todd’s team made what I expected to be a complicated, stressful job into an easy, seamless experience. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service for plumbing, electrical, or solar work, Todd’s Plumbing & Electrical is the team to call!

A big thank you to Todd’s plumbing - professional, flexible, and a good price. My biggest thing was that when our old system died, they came round straight away and hooked up a loaner hot water system - to allow us enough time to save up to get a solar system. It was seemless. Staff were friendly and happy to help- they actually like their job ! Thanks again… and fully recommend.

They replaced our old solar water heater with a new system quickly and professionally. They were well equipped (including a crane), did a really good job, and had everything finished and running by after lunchtime. Old system removed and the site left clean and tidy. Excellent work.
