Michael came out immediately after I called and was incredibly helpful from the start. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing straight away. He fixed our drains and stayed back to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. He also took the time to explain how we can maintain our sink drains to help prevent future blockages, which was really appreciated. We were extremely impressed with his service and professionalism and will definitely be using him again for all our future plumbing needs.

Michael and his team made the time on Friday arvo to come and worked on the issues straight away. They took their time and the extra effort explaining everything in plain language as I got no clue about plumbing at all. Real fan of his direct approach and honest opinion. I can say that we've found our plumber! Cheers Ruiz Team!
