I found myself without hot water and had no idea who would be the best people to contact, so I called the manufacturer of my HWS and they gave me the name of one of their authorised service outlets, Plumbmasters. What a relief. We hear all of these horrible stories of people getting ripped off by dodgy tradespeople, particularly elderly people like myself, so it was a huge relief to find I was dealing with people who were not only friendly, prompt and efficient, but also very fair and straight up. When I complemented the technician after the jobe was completed, he commented on how the company's owners made a big point of being fair and honest in their dealings with clients and I am pleased to report this is exactly what was reflected in my dealings with them. Thank you Plumbmasters... and yes, it's great to now have a reliable flow of nice hot water again.

I’ve called around for quotes with other plumbing businesses but Plumbmasters I found were professional, friendly and took the time to explain what I needed and actually quoted the job! They even matched the cover colour to the area it needed to be installed. Will definitely work with them again - big thank you to the team (shout out to Dan)! They did a beautiful job (And installing the water pump in rainy weather I had no issues!)
