I cannot recommend Jetset Plumbing highly enough. These guys are awesome! They are professional and hard-working. They are honest and transparent about what needs to be done, and clear about what the real cost will be if you do it cheap, but will offer options if possible. They show up on time, every time, for quotes and jobs, and then do an exceptional job, even cleaning up to a high standard when they are done. This is the 2nd major extenal plumbing job they've done for us, alongside a number of small ones like the hot water system and replacing broken taps. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now! Thank you to Jem for coordinating and Jacob G, Jacob H, Steve and all the extras that showed up to contribute and get this job done. You did amazing work. Most appreciated. We are very, very happy!

Dan and Rhys were absolutely brilliant! From start to finish, their communication was spot on, and they were both so professional and easy to deal with. We needed a new drainage system installed urgently after a new car lot next door started causing copious amounts of rainwater to run into our backyard. They came out within a week of the initial inspection, arrived on time, and did an excellent, tidy job. They took the time to explain everything clearly — I never once felt stupid asking questions — and they were incredibly informative throughout the whole process. They even had to remove part of our fencing for the job and replaced it perfectly once the work was complete. We’re so impressed with their work and the overall service from Jetset Plumbing. We’ve already decided we’ll be calling them again for the other yard issues we need sorted. Highly recommend Dan, Rhys, and the Jetset team!
