Joel from Phoenix Plumbing was recommended by a few locals I knew when needing to replace our HWS. He was very helpful, and worked towards finding a suitable long term solution instead of creating a doom and gloom scenario just to get the job. He attended and made sure the job was complete and clean before leaving. He's great to communicate with. We are really happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing solutions in the Whitsundays.

We were very happy with the service from Joel from Phoenix Plumbing. We needed to have a gutter and downpipe replaced and Joel came out promptly to provide a quote, he turned up on time to do the job, worked in a very efficient and focussed manner for several hours (while standing up on a very tall ladder) and then cleaned up very well before he left. The gutter now looks great. Joel is a true professional in a sea of mediocrity (it can certainly be difficult to get good tradespeople in Airlie Beach so his professionalism is greatly appreciated). We would have no hesitation to recommend Joel and Phoenix Plumbing for other work. Thank you Joel.

Joel did an awesome job at my house, and it was also on very short notice. His communication was excellent, very professional and he came when he said he would…which is very hard to find these days. Joel went above and beyond to fix the problem and also provided some re-enforcement to prevent the same thing happening again. Highly recommended!!
