    3 attempts from another local plumber to repair leaking metal roof and a $6000 insurance claim my roof continued to leak 3J’s plumbing and Gas removed all silicone and got to the bottom of the problem Insulation caught up beneath the too narrow flashing Upsized all flashing and screws for a very reasonable price My roof has since stood up to some very heavy rain with no leaks He has also repaired leaking taps and wastes I would have no hesitation in recommending 3J’s plumbing who are also very reliable
