The first time he came, he advised me to monitor the situation rather than charge me for unnecessary work—when he easily could have. Later, even after initially leaving when I didn’t realise he had arrived, he came back and fixed the problem. Truly reliable and trustworthy service.

  Paul's Plumbing replaced our front storm water drain which had been blocked for a long time. We were very happy with the final result. They arrived on time, removed the many roots in the area and replaced the damaged piping. They were courteous and did a good job on leaving the site tidy and restoring the small terraces to how they were before. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending Paul's Plumbing and would use them again when needed.

  I phoned and spoke to Sandra and she organised Paul to come and diagnose a water leak for me. He sent a couple of workers to repair the underground leak and to fix a pipe hammer in the roof for me. The service was excellent, was prompt and price was pretty reasonable.
